According SIIPE data, at least 2,435 interventions have been implemented in Colombia over the past 20 years, carried out by 497 governmental and non-governmental organizations<\/strong> (60% of these are still active)<\/h5>\n<\/div><\/div>

However, these do not seem to have resulted in significant improvements in the country’s educational outcomes regarding access, quality, and efficiency. This may be explained by the lack of evidence on the impact of the interventions, which would be useful to adjust and scale-up actions and programs. In fact, only 25% of the interventions registered at the SIIPE have had some type of evaluation.<\/h6>\n

The Toolkit to Evaluate Education<\/strong> Initiatives <\/strong><\/em>seeks to encourage organizations to generate evidence that informs and improves the design of educational policies and programs to mobilize the indicators of the education system.<\/h6>\n
